TERMS & CONDITIONS

SD Fashion Design

Welcome to SD Fashion Design. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

SD Fashion Design offers luxury fashion products including caftans, abayas, occasionwear, and related fashion items through our online store.

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

SD Fashion Design reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions, as well as related policies, at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review our policies periodically before placing an order.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible, including colours, fabrics, embellishments, sizing information, and product details.

However, actual colour appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, device displays, and photography.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

All displayed prices are inclusive of 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT).

The amount billed by SD Fashion Design will reflect the product price and applicable charges shown at checkout.

Any additional charges, foreign exchange fees, bank processing fees, credit card charges, or charges imposed by the customer’s financial institution remain the responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to check directly with their bank or payment provider regarding such charges.

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

In the event of pricing errors, SD Fashion Design reserves the right to cancel or refuse affected orders.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

SD Fashion Design reserves the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order;
  • limit quantities purchased;
  • cancel orders due to stock unavailability;
  • cancel orders due to pricing errors;
  • cancel orders where payment verification cannot be completed;
  • refuse suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions.

Customers will be notified where applicable.

5. Payments

We currently accept:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Tap Payments
  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • Apple Pay (where available)

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on banking institutions.

6. Custom Measurements, Alterations & Exchange Eligibility

Customers submitting custom measurements are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the measurements provided.

SD Fashion Design shall not be responsible for sizing dissatisfaction or fitting concerns resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Customised, altered, or made-to-order items are prepared specifically for each order and therefore cannot be cancelled once preparation has commenced.

Such items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

For ready-to-ship, non-customised, and unaltered items, SD Fashion Design may offer a one-time exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers may exchange for another available item, and any price difference must be paid by the customer where applicable.

Shipping charges related to exchanges, including return shipping and re-delivery, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Cancellations

Ready-to-ship items that have not been altered may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content created by SD Fashion Design, including brand logos, product photography, product descriptions, designs, graphics, branding materials, and related original content, remains the intellectual property of SD Fashion Design and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SD Fashion Design shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses;
  • incidental damages;
  • delivery delays caused by third-party couriers;
  • customs-related delays;
  • customer-provided measurement errors;
  • circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

Where permitted by applicable law, liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased item.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the competent courts of Dubai.

By placing an order, customers also agree to our:
