Return & Refund Policy
At S D Fashion Design, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are customised, altered, or prepared specifically for individual orders, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Customised, Made-to-Order, and Altered Items
Items that are customised, made-to-order, altered, or prepared according to customer measurements, specifications, or special requests are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, unless the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
This includes, but is not limited to:
custom sizing
personalised requests
altered garments
made-to-order items

2. Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to approval, provided that:
the return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
all original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
the item shows no signs of wear, perfume, stains, damage, or misuse
All returns remain subject to inspection and approval.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
your order number
clear photographs showing the issue
a brief description of the problem
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
If approved, we may offer an appropriate resolution, including:
replacement
repair
store credit
refund (where applicable)

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
customised or personalised items
altered garments
made-to-order items
sale or promotional items (unless defective or incorrect)
items showing signs of wear, use, perfume, stains, damage, or misuse
items damaged after delivery

5. Return Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
We reserve the right to reject any return request if the item does not meet our return conditions or if the returned item differs from its original condition.

6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and related fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable.
Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks, and financial institutions.

8. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations where such delays or failures result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to customs delays, courier or transportation disruptions, severe weather conditions, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
